Delivery Policy

Delivery Time

Any order placed before 9:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be processed on the following day and delivered after that according to the delivery schedule.

We currently deliver to selected areas within the UAE. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.

Order Processing

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Delays

While we always do our best to deliver on time, delays may occasionally happen due to weather, public holidays, high order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

Failed Delivery
